Meeting was called to order by the President.

Minutes from last meeting were red and approved.

There was no old business outstanding.

    Treasure, motion was made and seconded to accept treasures report.

Nominations for officers were opened and elections held.

A lengthy discussion followed on where to have next years (2k+1) reunion.

    Tucson AZ was decided upon.  Other cities considered included Cedar City UT 

    and Las Vegas NV.  Bob Davies and Scotty will co-ordinate.

Bainbridge ball caps were discussed, Roberson agreed to take on the project along

with giving special invitations to former CO's.

2K+2 was discussed; cities suggested include San Antonio TX and the Black Hills

area of SD.  Jim Iozzo will co-ordinate.  Meeting adjourned at 1731
